When you videotape and broadcast lectures, you have to make sure that all participants who will be on the video agree to be videotaped and broadcast. There are 2 ways to make agreement “verbally” and “in writing”.

(1) Verbal Agreement
If there are particular members in laboratory seminar or small group class are welcome to be videotaped without any problems, it’s possible to make agreement verbally.

(2) Agreement in Writing
If there is a guest speaker or a student who is difficult to communicate with, you’d better to make agreement in writing.
