【Usage Agreement Items】 (1) Only the applicant (him or herself) or postgraduate/undergraduate supervised by the applicant will be allowed to use the loaned equipment. (2) Use of items produced using the loaned equipment will be restricted to educational purposes and/or research purposes. (3) The applicant shall accept full responsibility for any breakages or loss of loaned equipment. (4) In the case a problem occurs during the use of loaned equipment, the applicant must contact Kyushu University ICER as soon as possible, to discuss resolution of the problem. In the event blame is attributed to the applicant, the applicant will accept full responsibility.
